UNIT OCCUPANCY

UNIT ALLOCATION Every effort will be made by management to place guests in a required unit. Where circumstances beyond our control prevent this, an alternative unit will be allocated.
CANCELLATION In Low Season, bookings cancelled
14 days or more prior to occupancy will attract
a 12%+GST administration fee ($50 min). For bookings
cancelled less than 14 days prior to occupancy
and where the apartment cannot be let for the
same period, there will be no refund. For Peak/Shoulder
periods, 28 days notice is required.
PLEASE NOTE: Check-in 2pm; Check-out 10am
DEPOSITS $200 deposit required to confirm
reservation.
